Your role:
As a IKAM Marketer at Farm Frites, you will have the opportunity to strengthen our position within the global foodservice market and especially in the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) segment. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, taking responsibility for creating marketing solutions that perfectly match our customers' needs.With your strategic insight and hands-on approach, you will directly contribute to the commercial growth of Farm Frites. You will apply your expertise and creativity in developing marketing plans, promotions, and events, while working with an enthusiastic and professional team to achieve our ambitious goals. Your key responsibilities include:
- Marketing plans: Understanding customer needs and creating a rolling marketing plans for our international key accounts, ensuring successful implementation to build long-term relationships.
- Marketing materials: Creating engaging communication materials (brochures, presentations, videos, event activation materials) to support our sales team and attract new customers.
- Customer engagement: Organising international trade shows, customer events, customer visits to our office and customer meetings to promote our brand and products, delivering presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Concepts and solutions: Continuously working with customers and internal teams to develop concepts and solutions that help them increase revenue or meet specific needs, ensuring we expand our range of products and services within existing customers and attract new customers.
- Market insights: Analysing sales data, monitoring trends and market developments, and using these insights to offer solutions that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaboration with IKAM/Sales: Working closely with the IKAM/Sales teams to shape our market approach, drawing on market insights and customer needs.
What do you need?
- A completed HBO or WO degree in Marketing or related.
- At least 5 years of work experience in foodservice, preferably in QSR and a background in (trade/channel) marketing. International work experience is a plus.
- A positive and proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You are also flexible and willing to travel (at least 10%).
- You are comfortable working with numbers and data, and capable of inspiring and connecting people.
- Excellent written and spoken English and good understanding of Dutch.
