At Farm Frites, we’re looking for a strategic commercial leader with vision, drive and the ability to turn ambition into action. As Sales Director Foodservice Western Europe, you will play a key role in defining our regional success, with full ownership of our Foodservice growth strategy across key markets.Full time | locations: Oudenhoorn (NL) & Lommel (BE)
Your role: Shaping regional success
In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial direction for Foodservice in Western Europe. You’ll lead a high-performing team, define and execute sales strategies tailored to each region, and ensure value creation across multiple channels and customer groups. Your key responsibilities:
- Translate Farm Frites' global commercial vision into regional sales strategies, and take ownership of delivering results in your territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and future developments — and proactively adjust your strategy to stay ahead.
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of experienced commercial professionals to exceed targets and deliver customer value.
- Remove barriers to regional growth by understanding local dynamics and aligning resources where needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Demand Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service and QA.
- Work closely with global peers and the International Key Account Management (IKAM) team to align strategy and execution.
- Report directly to the Global Sales Director.
What you bring
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ in a senior leadership role.
- A strong background in Foodservice ( or wholesale, QSR, horeca, Out of Home, OOH, end users, back of house, grossier) is a must.
- International experience across Western Europe.
- Experience in developing and implementing a vision and strategy.
- Positive, proactive and result driven attitude with highly developed communication skills.
- Strong analytical insight, including P&L responsibility.
- A proactive, result-driven mindset and the ability to inspire others.
- An excellent command of Dutch and English; German and/or French is considered a plus.
- International travel flexibility. When you are not travelling to our customers you will be travelling between our location in Oudenhoorn (NL) & Lommel (BE).
